QUICK SERVICE TECHNICIAN - JEEP DODGE RAM
About The Position
H+H Jeep Dodge RAM of Papillion is hiring a Quick Service Technician and offers training for people who are new to the field or have experience as a Lube or Tire Technician. The role includes performing multi-point inspections, mounting and balancing tires, and changing oil. A career path to Automotive Technician is available. The position is full-time, with shifts either 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a day off during the week. Compensation is $16 per clock hour plus $6 per flag hour. The service shop is air-conditioned and includes a new state-of-the-art facility, built-in technician toolboxes, and provided equipment and special tools. Applicants must complete a post-offer driving and criminal background check, drug screen, and back/lift assessment.
Requirements
- Have a clean driving record.
- Be able to drive a manual transmission.
- Be able to lift 50–100 pounds throughout the day.
- Have high energy and a positive attitude.
- Be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Be able to perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other physical maneuvers associated with the position.
- Show a desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
- Complete a post-offer driving and criminal background check, drug screen, and back/lift assessment.
