Requirements

• Previous automotive, quick service, or express maintenance experience preferred
• Basic automotive mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, coachable, and eager to grow your career
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background screenings

Nice To Haves

• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections
• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires
• Inspect brakes, batteries, fluids, belts, hoses, and other key vehicle components
• Identify maintenance needs and communicate findings to the Service Advisor
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
• Accurately document services performed and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Work closely with experienced technicians while continuing to develop your skills through hands-on learning and factory training
