Requirements
- Previous automotive, quick service, or express maintenance experience preferred
- Basic automotive mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn
- ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, coachable, and eager to grow your career
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background screenings
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires
- Inspect brakes, batteries, fluids, belts, hoses, and other key vehicle components
- Identify maintenance needs and communicate findings to the Service Advisor
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
- Accurately document services performed and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Work closely with experienced technicians while continuing to develop your skills through hands-on learning and factory training
