About The Position

Our fourteen-time Dealer of the Year dealership is looking for an additional Quick Lube Technician to join our award-winning organization. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prefer prior basic vehicle mechanical experience.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and coachability skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, organized, and efficient.
  • Ability to operate an automobile with a valid driver’s license.
  • Must allow pre-employment screenings, background, driving, and drug test.
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation and comply with workplace health procedures as directed by the public health department.

Responsibilities

  • Complete oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid services according to established procedures.
  • Inspect and adjust tire pressure as needed to support vehicle performance and safety.
  • Perform tire rotations on customer vehicles to ensure even tire wear.
  • Conduct multi-point inspections following GM standards on automotive vehicles.
  • Effectively communicate to the Quick Lube Advisors about any recommendations for additional vehicle servicing(s) based on the multi-point inspections.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to provide customers with a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Must adhere to shop safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned through continued employment.
