About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, motivated Quick Lane Technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys working in a team environment. Experienced technicians are preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in the automotive industry.

Requirements

• Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous lube technician or Quick Lane experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
• Replace air filters, wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs
• Mount, balance, and repair tires
• Perform routine maintenance services according to manufacturer guidelines
• Recommend additional maintenance needs based on vehicle inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Provide exceptional customer service while working efficiently
