About The Position

CMA's Colonial Auto Center is seeking an experienced Quick Lane Automotive Technician to perform general automotive maintenance and provide customer service. Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, or have completed an Automotive Technology instruction program along with at least one year of practical work experience. Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in general automotive maintenance, or completion of an Automotive Technology program with at least one year of practical work experience.
• Strong desire to learn and expand mechanical skills.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of an Automotive Technology instruction program.
• Manufacturer training.
• State Vehicle Inspector Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and tire rotations.
• Conduct battery checks and replacements.
• Execute fluid checks and fills.
• Carry out other general maintenance tasks as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
