Quarry Operations Intern
About The Position
Vulcan Materials Company is hiring a Quarry Operations Intern for Summer 2027. The internship introduces participants to the company and construction aggregates industry, including the materials sold, sales methodology, territory management, and day-to-day work across departments. Interns receive hands-on training in a company department, learn safety, health, and excellence practices, and explore career paths across areas such as operations, sales, engineering, and equipment operations. Successful completion of the program may help interns identify a suitable role based on their talents and interests. The position pays $23–$24 per hour and is eligible for overtime.
Requirements

- Be able to form strong social relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external audiences.

- Prior experience related to aggregate mining operations.
