About The Position

Rinvio is hiring a Quantity Surveyor for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule. The role involves owning or supporting quantity takeoffs, field measurement, progress validation, change support, cost reporting, and commercial controls. The Quantity Surveyor will coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls, while keeping project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover. This position requires tracking issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution, and supporting a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.

Requirements

• Experience with cost, quantity, schedule, progress, change, or commercial controls on construction projects
• Strong Excel, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
• Able to work on site in the Wichita Falls, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
• Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades
