About The Position

This role is for a Quality Technician who will work the night shift with a 12-hour, 3-2-2-3 schedule. The technician will be responsible for conducting process/product audits, product and component tests, and on-floor gage set-up/maintenance/repair/troubleshooting. They will also administer and maintain the hold tag system, assist production personnel with quality issues, and support Quality Engineers with new product launch/PPAP activities. Additionally, the technician will perform R&R studies and other Measurement System Analysis Studies. Overtime on the opposite shift may be required.

Requirements

• Ability to operate a computer
• Working knowledge of Kurt, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to operate and interpret measurement equipment
• Good math skills
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good attendance and a strong work record
• Ability to work 12-hour night shift (6 pm - 6 am) on a 3-2-2-3 schedule

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read and interpret basic statistical date
• Knowledge of production process from multiple areas of the plant

Responsibilities
