About The Position
Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Quality Team Leader for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM). This role involves leading and supervising quality inspection teams, ensuring quality standards are met, and communicating with customers. The position requires travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses and offers opportunities for advancement and industry exposure. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise quality inspection teams
- Set up projects and manage team expectations
- Train inspectors on work instructions and procedures
- Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with customers and job site contacts
- Ensure safety and company requirements are followed
- Verify tools, equipment, and gauges
- Complete project paperwork and reporting
- Step in as acting supervisor when needed
- Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses
