Quality Team Leader - 3rd Shift 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
About The Position
Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Quality Team Leader for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM). This role requires a commute to the Fremont/Hayward/Livermore Areas and weekend availability. The Quality Team Leader will lead and supervise quality inspection teams, set up projects, manage team expectations, train inspectors, and ensure quality standards are met. The position involves inspecting parts, communicating with customers, ensuring safety and company requirements are followed, verifying tools and equipment, completing paperwork, and stepping in as acting supervisor when needed. Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses is also a part of the role. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise quality inspection teams
