About The Position

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Quality Team Leader for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM). This role requires a commute to the Fremont/Hayward/Livermore Areas and weekend availability. The Quality Team Leader will lead and supervise quality inspection teams, set up projects, manage team expectations, and train inspectors on work instructions and procedures. Responsibilities include inspecting parts to ensure quality standards, communicating with customers and job site contacts, ensuring safety and company requirements are followed, verifying tools, equipment, and gauges, completing project paperwork and reporting, and stepping in as acting supervisor when needed. The role also involves travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses.
