About The Position

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Quality Team Leader for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM). This role involves leading and supervising quality inspection teams, setting up projects, managing team expectations, and training inspectors. The position requires inspecting parts to ensure quality standards, communicating with customers and job site contacts, and ensuring safety and company requirements are followed. The Quality Team Leader will also verify tools, equipment, and gauges, complete project paperwork, and step in as acting supervisor when needed. Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses is also a part of the role. Responsibilities
