About The Position
Boeing Distribution Systems and Components is seeking an Associate Quality Systems Specialist (USM Inspector) to join their Used Serviceable Material (USM) team in Dallas, TX. This role involves inspecting aircraft parts, verifying documentation, and maintaining accurate records for aircraft parts. The position requires working with limited oversight and creating/reviewing specific FAA and ATA documents.
Requirements
- 1+ years SAP or similar data entry experience
- 2+ years Microsoft Office
- 1+ years working with a cross functional team
- 1+ years process documentation
- This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License
Responsibilities
- Inspect inbound Aircraft parts for correct and accurate identification and visible damage
- Verifying documents are complete and accurate
- Out-bound orders are verified completely and undamaged
- Parts are correctly identified, and all associated paperwork matches batch and PO number
- Data entry to ensure accurate records for aircraft parts
- Work with limited oversight
- Create and review FAA 8130-3 Airworthiness documents
- Create and review ATA 106 documents
