About The Position

Boeing Distribution Systems and Components is looking for an Associate Quality Systems Specialist (USM Inspector) to support our Used Serviceable Material (USM) team in Dallas, TX. This role involves inspecting inbound aircraft parts for correct identification and visible damage, verifying document completeness and accuracy, and ensuring outbound orders are complete and undamaged. The position requires accurate data entry for aircraft parts records and involves working with limited oversight. Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing FAA 8130-3 Airworthiness documents and ATA 106 documents.

Requirements

1+ years SAP or similar data entry experience
2+ years Microsoft Office
1+ years working with a cross functional team
1+ years process documentation
Must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Bachelor's degree or higher
Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License

Responsibilities
