About The Position
Boeing Distribution Systems and Components is looking for an Associate Quality Systems Specialist (USM Inspector) to support our Used Serviceable Material (USM) team in Dallas, TX. This position requires the ability to work with limited oversight and must meet export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required, which includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Requirements
- 1+ years SAP or similar data entry experience
- 2+ years Microsoft Office
- 1+ years working with a cross functional team
- 1+ years process documentation
- Must meet export control compliance requirements
- Must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License
Responsibilities
- Inspect inbound Aircraft parts for correct and accurate identification and visible damage
- Verifying documents are complete and accurate
- Out-bound orders are verified completely and undamaged
- Parts are correctly identified, and all associated paperwork matches batch and PO number
- Data entry to ensure accurate records for aircraft parts
- Create and review FAA 8130-3 Airworthiness documents
- Create and review ATA 106 documents
