The Quality Systems Specialist is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the company’s Quality & Environmental Management System (QMS/EMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. This role also owns the customer complaint handling process, ensuring effective and timely resolution through root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions. Additionally, the specialist drives continuous improvement by monitoring quality-related KPIs and collaborating with process owners to align performance with business and customer expectations.
