Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Quality Systems Coop Student. This specific role, the Quality Systems Coop Student, is responsible for supporting all aspects of Document Management activities, including the routing and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Test Methods, and Forms. The student will also guide end-users on system navigation, file completed documentation, and assist with corporate or regulatory audit support activities if they occur during the contract term. Additionally, the student is expected to provide insights for process improvements related to document management and revise applicable procedures. The position reports to the Quality Systems Manager and is located in Guelph, Ontario, requiring fully on-site work.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science or related program
  • Ability to work in Guelph fully on-site during the time of the assignment
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a Laboratory or Quality Assurance setting is considered an asset
  • Strong consideration will be given to candidates with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • Prior experience with a food, water or pharmaceutical laboratory would be considered an asset
  • Ability to work both independently or as an integral member of the team
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated multitasking capabilities
  • Strong personal computer skills
  • Enjoy working to multiple deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

  • Supporting all aspects of Document Management activities, including routing and implementing: Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Test Methods, Forms, etc.
  • Working with document management end users to provide guidance on system navigation
  • Filing completed documentation according to procedure
  • Assist with corporate or regulatory audit support activities (document sourcing, review activities, etc) should they occur during the contract term
  • Provide insights into process improvements related to document management, and revise applicable procedures as required
