The Quality Specialist will help keep our products, processes, and documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years' experience in a detail-oriented role where accuracy matters.
  • Quality assurance experience, ideally in manufacturing, warehouse, or laboratory-related environments.
  • Communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable balancing hands-on inspections, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
  • Strong observation skills, sound judgment, and a practical problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse or operations environment, including standing or sitting for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Access to reliable transportation and comfortable traveling to multiple work sites within the workday.
  • Ability to work independently but also collaborate and keep things moving with others.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to Clarke worksites (all within a 5-mile radius in Roselle and Schaumburg) to inspect incoming goods, production batches and export shipments to help ensure consistent quality from start to finish.
  • Support document control activities, including creating, updating, issuing, and maintaining controlled documents.
  • Partner with teams across the business to support ISO audits, process/product investigations, corrective actions, label reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support internal and external ISO 9001 audits and support GLP quality assurance activities.
  • Assist with customer complaint investigations and help track issues through resolution.
  • Support digital transformation activities as we look to make workflows more efficient.
  • Promote safe, compliant work practices while supporting quality standards across operations.
