Quality Specialist
About The Position
The Quality Specialist is focused on inspection requests received from production. They will perform quality checks on the information, attach any relevant documentation required and forward to all parties. The Quality Specialist will also record inspection results provided by the QC Inspectors in the power app. The Quality Specialist will assist in tracking deficiencies from inspections and job pack closure. The Quality Specialist will help create Inspection reports and turnover documentation to be submitted to Canada. This role will also act as the super user for processes and procedures related to Ship Repair.
Requirements
- Experience in quality control or a related field.
- Familiarity with inspection processes and documentation.
- Ability to record data accurately in applications.
- Skills in tracking deficiencies and managing job pack closures.
- Experience in creating reports and turnover documentation.
- Proficiency as a super user for processes and procedures.
