Requirements

  • Solid conceptual and applied knowledge within core discipline, with growing understanding of related areas
  • Strong awareness of key business drivers developed through practical experience
  • Experience working with systems such as SAP (e.g., P80 or similar enterprise platforms)
  • Background in reliability practices, ensuring consistent and efficient operations
  • Familiarity with instrumentation calibration processes and standards
  • Demonstrated experience providing guidance, coaching, or informal leadership
  • Supports team performance by reinforcing best practices and accountability
  • Effective collaborator with the ability to influence outcomes across functions
  • Applies sound judgment, experience, and precedent to solve complex problems
  • Evaluates multiple solution paths, balancing risk, efficiency, and business impact
  • Works effectively through unstructured challenges with limited guidance
  • Operates with increasing independence and minimal to moderate direction
  • Positively impacts team-level customer, operational, and project outcomes
  • Demonstrates the ability to influence decisions and drive results
