About The Position

Information Providers, Inc. (IPI) is hiring a meticulous person to lead efficient, accurate operations as a full-time Quality Review Supervisor! Responsibilities

Lead a team of review specialists in verifying the accuracy and compliance of inspection reports.
Supervise team members as they complete daily assignments, providing constructive feedback or coaching.
Train new employees on procedures.
Support the team's development.
Monitor workflows to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
Coordinate with management, operations, and quality assurance teams to resolve operational issues and optimize processes.
Assist with leadership duties such as team scheduling, task delegation, and performance management.
Ensure adherence to all company policies.
Resolve escalated review questions.
Assist with other responsibilities to maintain high levels of accuracy, productivity, and quality.
