About The Position

MCS, part of the Stewart family of companies, is seeking a Quality Review Specialist who engages directly in field operations outside of core Escrow and Title Operations. The role provides operational support to the production team throughout the real estate transaction process, including before, during, and after closing, for clientele. The specialist works under direct supervision with little autonomy, following established procedures to complete daily tasks and address straightforward issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Typically requires 0–2 years of related work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review data stored in client files and/or company production systems to ensure it is accurate and error-free.
• Review quality reports to identify trends, issues, and root causes, and recommend changes.
• Participate in implementing quality processes to support high-quality operations.
• Perform a wide range of support functions to assist with departmental processes.
• Follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Use established procedures to solve straightforward problems.
• Communicate with internal and/or external clients and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
