About The Position

The Quality Review & Utilization Specialist is a 40-hour-per-week position in the Quality Review department at Home Care, 330 Monroe Ave, Rochester, NY. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role requires a Bachelor of Science degree and specified professional credentials, including RN registration, Basic Life Support certification, and a valid New York State driver's license.

This is a sedentary, primarily office-based role involving prolonged sitting and minimal physical effort. It requires fine motor skills for computer work, writing, and telephone use, as well as concentration, information processing, and independent decision-making. Administrative work in a healthcare environment may occasionally involve exposure to infectious agents. Disease-specific programs may have additional education, experience, and continuing education requirements. Accommodations will be considered for physical requirements reported by an employee or their healthcare representative.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree (required).
• Registered Nurse (RN) credential from the New York State Office of Professions.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

• Disease-specific care programs may have additional experience, education, and continuing education requirements.
