About The Position

This role focuses on driving continuous readiness in workflow, quality, and risk management to ensure compliance with The Joint Commission and patient safety standards. The coordinator will lead cross-functional collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to resolve operational problems, optimize cost containment, and launch new service lines. A key responsibility is transforming data into insights by analyzing data from diverse sources to develop high-level quality and financial reports for executive service lines. Additionally, the role involves spearheading safety initiatives by supporting and executing strategic risk-reduction programs to elevate clinical quality and patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
  • Bachelors or Masters in Nursing or Public Health
  • Pediatric Med Surg, Surgical, and/or Orthopedic experience preferred
  • Basic data analytic skills and regulatory experience

Responsibilities
