About The Position

Heritage Village, managed by LCS, is seeking an experienced, hospitality-focused Quality of Life Specialist (QLS) to support Memory Care residents. The role involves resident care activities and related nonprofessional services that meet residents’ personal needs and promote their comfort. QLS staff provide high-quality personal care in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

This is a part-time, PRN position with weekend availability. The listed pay range is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience. A sign-on bonus is available; ask for details.

Requirements

• Must have a Virginia CNA license.
• Experienced in the role; no specific number of years is stated.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, and foot care.
• Take vital signs and perform height and weight checks according to policy.
