About The Position

Right at Home SLC is seeking a caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities. The role involves supporting male and female clients and improving their quality of life, with weekend morning shifts available. Pay is $17.00–$18.25 per hour depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA, with a minimum of $27.50 per shift. A training/GUIDE respite rate of $17.00 per hour is also listed. This franchise is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Experience with dementia and behavioral care.

Nice To Haves

Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts is preferred.
Dementia Certification or CNA may affect pay.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship to clients.
Assist with personal hygiene, including peri-care, bathroom or in-bed support, and brief changes.
Perform light housekeeping.
Prepare meals.
Provide transportation to appointments or outings.
Give medication reminders.
