About The Position
At Clarendale at Bellevue Place, caregivers have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a supportive, resident-centered senior living environment while building a rewarding career. The role focuses on helping residents live with dignity, independence, and purpose. Caregivers provide assistance with daily living, respond to resident needs, promote safety and well-being, and support residents physically, emotionally, and socially while working collaboratively with the care team. Full-time caregiver/QLS shifts are 7:00 am–7:30 pm; overnight caregiver/QLS shifts are 7:00 pm–7:30 am. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour. Candidates with current Tennessee CNA certification are strongly encouraged to apply. The organization offers comprehensive onsite Certified Medication Aide (CMA) classes as a career advancement pathway. The program provides the knowledge and clinical skills needed to take the Tennessee Board of Nursing Medication Aide licensure examination.
