About The Position

Clarendale at Bellevue Place is seeking caregivers, QLS team members, and CNAs to support residents in a supportive, resident-centered senior living environment. The role focuses on helping residents live with dignity, independence, and purpose through compassionate assistance, prompt responses to their needs, and support for their safety and well-being.

Candidates with a current Tennessee CNA certification are strongly encouraged to apply. The organization provides comprehensive onsite Certified Medication Aide (CMA) classes intended to equip participants with the knowledge and clinical skills to pass the Tennessee Board of Nursing Medication Aide licensure examination.

Full-time caregiver/QLS schedules are 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.; overnight caregiver/QLS schedules are 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour.
