About The Position

Skanska is seeking a Quality Manager for heavy civil construction. The Quality Manager assists and supports Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on assigned projects. The role develops plans and directs and supervises project quality control functions and activities in conformance with the Company or project-required Quality Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of prior relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• Practical knowledge of project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on assigned projects.
• Develop plans for project quality control functions and activities.
• Direct and supervise project quality control functions and activities in conformance with the Company or project-required Quality Program.
