About The Position

We're looking for a Quality Manager who will play a critical leadership role in advancing our Quality and Environmental Management Systems while driving a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence throughout the organization. This is more than a compliance role. You'll be a strategic partner to leadership, a champion for continuous improvement, and a hands-on contributor who helps transform ideas into sustainable processes and measurable results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel data analysis and reporting tools

  • Experience leading internal audit programs
  • Project management experience
  • Lean Manufacturing or Operational Excellence experience
  • Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) experience
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 principles and practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems across multiple business divisions
  • Serve as the organization's Management Representative and primary liaison with customers, auditors, registrars, and regulatory stakeholders
  • Partner with leaders across the company to strengthen processes, improve performance, and drive operational excellence
  • Develop and maintain procedures, work instructions, process maps, and quality documentation
  • Lead internal audit programs and coordinate external certification and surveillance audits
  • Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, audit results, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Champion Lean initiatives including: 5S, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, AND Process Flow Optimization
  • Facilitate management reviews and communicate system performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to executive leadership
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to closure while supporting cross-functional problem solving
  • Promote a culture of quality, safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
  • Collaborating with executives on organizational goals
  • Coaching managers and process owners
  • Walking the manufacturing floor to identify opportunities and risks
  • Supporting customer quality requirements
  • Leading audits and management reviews
  • Developing quality documentation and system improvements
  • Training and mentoring internal auditors
