As Quality Manager, you will communicate the Quality Mind-set, policies, procedures, specifications, government and industry standards to ensure the product and manufacturing processes are in alignment with those requirements. You will be responsible for the monitoring and reporting of internal processes, examining products to determine their quality, engaging with customers, and gathering product feedback. You will ensure work environments are safe, organized, and meet legal obligations. You will review customer product specifications, procedures, and warranty contracts to ensure compliance. You will ensure manufacturing documentation includes customer and internal requirements to ensure first-time quality product. You will oversee inspections of products and provide training to team members requiring guidance. You will support new product launches and advance development projects to identify opportunities for improvement and deviations from current quality standards. You will compile feedback from customers and prepare reports communicating customer satisfaction. You will be environmentally and socially astute, always considering opportunities to reduce carbon footprint and supporting community activities/events. You will ensure training and support growth in team members’ career paths.
