This IT modernization initiative is a critical component of ensuring the effectiveness and security of our nation’s law enforcement operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or equivalent certification.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).
  • Experience in using KPI tracking dashboards, performance monitoring tools, and compliance auditing software.
  • Strong background in risk mitigation frameworks and project portfolio management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain KPI tracking dashboards to monitor quality metrics.
  • Implement and manage performance monitoring tools across departments.
  • Create and maintain risk mitigation frameworks to identify and assess quality risks.
  • Utilize compliance auditing software to conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Manage quality-related projects within the project portfolio.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality tools and processes.
  • Prepare audit plans, conduct audits, and document findings and corrective actions.
  • Ensure that audit results are communicated effectively and that corrective actions are implemented.
  • Facilitate process improvement workshops and engage teams in identifying improvements.
  • Measure the impact of continuous improvement efforts and report results.
