About The Position

The Quality Manager will provide leadership and direction for MetalTek International Carondelet Division’s quality department to ensure compliant products are produced and shipped on time. The role oversees customer order contract review, systems compliance, and the creation and maintenance of Carondelet procedures. It also includes conducting audits, identifying training needs, and responsibility for material testing and inspection of incoming and outgoing products and services. The Quality Manager will implement systems to monitor and continually improve quality, reduce errors and costs, and support increased throughput.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree.
• 7–10 years of quality systems experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001-2008, NORSOK, PED, and ASME Section 9.
• Ability to support customer audits.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Strong technical skills.
• Foundry experience.
• Experience with AS9100, NADCAP, ASTM, 10CFR50, NQA1, or NCA3800.
