About The Position

This role at Ascension St. John's Medical Center in Tulsa, OK, within the Total Quality Management department, is a Full-Time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. The Quality Management Program Coordinator drives measurable improvements in patient safety and clinical outcomes by supporting the implementation of evidence-based quality initiatives across hospital departments. This role enhances operational efficiency by identifying workflow bottlenecks and enabling teams to implement effective, sustainable solutions. It also strengthens the hospital’s reputation and accreditation standing by ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance and readiness for external inspections. Furthermore, the coordinator fosters a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, empowering staff at all levels to actively participate in quality and safety efforts.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing policies, procedures, and forms is desired
Excellent organization skills, technologically savvy and experience with PolicyStat a plus
Experience with Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) is helpful
