About The Position
The Summer 2027 Quality Lead/Operations Undergraduate Internship provides students with hands-on experience supporting software delivery, quality engineering, project coordination, and operational reporting within a large technology organization. As part of the Quality and Delivery Operations team, the intern works with Project Managers, Delivery Leaders, Quality Engineers, testing teams, and business stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and monitor testing activities that support technology initiatives. The role offers exposure to enterprise testing practices, delivery governance, data analysis, the software development lifecycle, and release readiness. Interns receive mentorship and project-based learning and gain exposure to career opportunities in Quality Engineering, Project Management, Technology Operations, Business Analysis, Software Delivery, and Data Analytics.
Requirements
- Full- or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. independently; visa sponsorship is not offered.
- Effective communication when interacting with colleagues, clientele, and internal or external constituencies.
Nice To Haves
- Currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related business or technical field.
Responsibilities
- Maintain test schedules and delivery trackers.
- Monitor testing progress and project dependencies.
- Analyze quality metrics and support defect and risk management.
- Prepare status reports and build dashboards that provide visibility into project health and testing outcomes.
- Provide services supporting the day-to-day operating objectives of the assigned area.
- Participate in projects and programs appropriate to the needs of the assigned area.
- Participate in planning and implementing projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and reporting, including recommendations or alternative proposals for action when requested by management.
- Communicate with colleagues, clientele, and internal or external constituencies while planning assignments and resolving day-to-day operational problems.
- Undertake related studies or enrichment programs and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
