About The Position

Lake Air Products is seeking a 1st Shift Quality Inspector to join their growing location in New Hope, MN. The Quality Inspector will serve as a point of contact for employees with questions regarding non-conforming parts, materials, and tool calibration.

Requirements

• Ability to use Height Gages and standard bench measuring equipment
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Knowledge of Inspections and quality control methods
• 3 Years of Quality Inspection experience required.

Nice To Haves

• AA Degree or equivalent training is preferred
• Preferred certificates, License or Registration in ASQ Certification, ISO 9001 Certification, Project Management, and Lean/Six Sigma

Responsibilities

• Perform all 1st piece inspections as required
• Support and follow all Quality processes
• Comply with ISO & quality system requirements
• Perform all In-Coming and in-process inspections as directed
• Assist production & less experienced inspectors with IP inspections
• Track defect data and participate in corrective actions
