Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Up to 90 days training required
  • One (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Has primary responsibility for monitoring and measuring product on the manufacturing floor and escalating nonconforming product issues according to Challenge Manufacturing Quality Standards.
  • Performs periodic quality checks.
  • Records information in Plex (enterprise resource data planning system - ERP).
  • Performs general utility work to meet work schedule.
