Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience
• Sense of urgency and ability to work at a quick pace
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards and regulations

Responsibilities

• Magnetizing parts
• Stabilization
• Magnetic inspections using Helmholtz coils and gauss probes
• Ensure proper polarity per part print
• Stabilize material post saturation
• Record sample data per magnetic inspection
• Process 100% inspection when applicable
• Record information on routers
• Epicor transactions
• Basic blueprint reading
