The Quality Inspector's role is conducting incoming inspections, final acceptance, and various in-process inspections as needed. This role participates in all Quality Management System (QMS) activities including document change management, records management, training/competency, non-conforming material reports (NCMRs), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). The inspector is responsible for DHR reconciliation and other administrative tasks, and assists in the implementation of continuous improvements to Quality policies, systems, programs, and initiatives. They will distribute inspection results to Quality Leadership for review and analysis, and participate in process and policy improvement and special projects as needed. Data collection involves using equipment such as hand measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to collect data for various functions including, but not limited to equipment qualifications, process validations, and first article inspections. All other duties as assigned.
