Requirements

Ability to pass a tape measure test.
Strong math aptitude, including understanding of fractions, decimals, and millimeters.
Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection techniques.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to follow quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, and work on feet for extended periods (8-12 hours per shift).
Ability to work in hot, cold, or non-climate-controlled environments, including outdoor areas.
Ability to safely climb ladders, stairs, and work on elevated surfaces.
Manual dexterity required to operate tools, controls, and equipment.
Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection role preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

Inspect work products at various stages of the production process to verify compliance with company and customer requirements.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.
Perform dimensional checks using appropriate measuring tools.
Apply mathematical skills, including fractions, decimals, and millimeters, to verify product measurements.
Identify, document, and communicate quality concerns or non-conformances.
Communicate effectively with production, drafting, sales, and planning personnel regarding quality issues.
Support and comply with the Quality Management System (QMS), including documentation and standard procedures.
Participate in training and development activities and apply learned skills on the job.
Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
Actively participate in safety programs and follow all safety procedures and policies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Perform all other duties assigned.
