About The Position

Inspect products and processes at various stages of production to ensure that procedures are followed, and specification requirements are met. This role involves inspecting and testing products to ensure adherence to established standards of strength, quality, measurements, and endurance. The Quality Inspector will document inspection results, ensure non-conforming material is handled according to procedure, and report any deviations to quality leadership. They will also inform quality leadership of the results of priority inspections. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, successfully prioritize numerous responsibilities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Overtime may be required as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings required
• Ability to use measurement devices such as calipers, micrometers, inspection gauges and other measuring tools.
• Working knowledge of the metric system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel specifically)
• High school diploma or GED
• 1 – 2 years of quality inspection experience

Nice To Haves

• CNC or CMM experience preferred
• 2 – 3 years of manufacturing/machine operation experience or equivalent industry preferred
