About The Position

Springwell is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to plan, organize, and execute quality improvement projects for the agency’s programs. The Manager will regularly analyze outcome measures, implement systems to monitor performance against contract requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement across programs. The role supports the agency’s Quality Committee, program quality meetings, and Designation Review activities, and supervises staff members of the Quality team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years’ experience as a supervisor or manager.
• Demonstrated skills interpreting outcome measures.
• Experience with continuous quality improvement principles.
• Demonstrated flexibility and creative problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with community services for elders and the Massachusetts aging network.

Responsibilities
