The Behavioral Wellness Center at Girard is seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator / Performance Improvement Coordinator to support organization wide quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives. This position is responsible for coordinating Performance Improvement activities, healthcare quality data collection and analysis, clinical quality review, patient safety monitoring, reporting, audits, and improvement projects across the organization. The PI Coordinator works closely with clinical and administrative departments to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement and helps translate findings into measurable action plans. The position also supports clinical chart reviews, patient safety and incident reviews, Root Cause Analysis, regulatory and accreditation preparation, dashboards, committee reporting, and organizational Performance Improvement plans. This opportunity may be a strong fit for professionals with experience in Healthcare Quality Improvement, Performance Improvement, Quality Assurance, Patient Safety, Clinical Quality, Healthcare Data Analysis, Regulatory Compliance, Healthcare Project Coordination, or related healthcare quality functions. Experience within behavioral health, psychiatric healthcare, substance use treatment, hospitals, or another regulated healthcare environment is strongly preferred. This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. The PI Coordinator must be comfortable working with clinical and operational data, reviewing patient records and quality information, preparing reports and presentations, managing multiple projects and deadlines, and collaborating with departments throughout the organization.
