About The Position

At Riverwood Center we have a team of caring and committed professionals providing a wide array of personalized services to individuals with behavioral health, intellectual & developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. Riverwood Center is located in beautiful Southwest Michigan with staff at seven sites across Berrien County. We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and a member of Southwest Michigan Behavioral Health, Michigan Association of Community Mental Health Boards, and the National Council for Behavioral Health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Data Science, or Information Systems, or Associate Degree with 5 or more years of equivalent experience
• Three years of quality improvement experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Understanding of quality improvement techniques, quantitative and qualitative methods, and best practices to develop improvement plans

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the agency’s overall quality improvement (QI) programs and coordination of quality requirements and standards
• Responsible for providing guidance on the performance of clinical and support services and the organization of information services to meet the business priorities through data interpretation, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis
