This role is a Co-Op position for the Spring Semester, starting in January 2027. The co-op will work with the Quality, Assembly, and Engineering departments on daily tasks. Responsibilities include writing work instructions, quality alerts, change requests, tooling/fixture drawings, and other necessary documentation. The co-op will also update shop floor layouts, perform time studies, document current and future state workflows, and identify potential process improvements. Participation in kaizen events to eliminate waste and improve processes, along with assisting with lean initiatives, is expected. The co-op will attend department, team, and project meetings as needed and collaborate with other engineers, teams, and departments to develop and implement solutions to safety, quality, and production challenges.
