About The Position

The Quality Engineer – Small Assembly owns product and process quality for Rehlko’s small industrial generator assembly lines. This hands-on, floor-based role supports two assembly lines and is responsible for improving first-pass yield, reducing scrap, and ensuring nonconformances are contained, dispositioned, and corrected at their root cause. The engineer works closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supplier Quality in a high-mix production environment. The role monitors quality performance, maintains process quality controls, supports product and process changes, manages nonconforming material through the Material Review Board (MRB), and leads root cause and corrective action activities. It also drives measurable improvements in yield, cost, and process capability through Lean, Six Sigma, statistical process control, measurement system analysis, and continuous improvement activities. The position is onsite Monday through Friday in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring new or transferred visa sponsorship now or in the future.
