Quality Engineer - CSA/Steel
About The Position
Rinvio is hiring a Quality Engineer - CSA/Steel for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule. The role involves owning or supporting CSA/steel quality inspections, documentation, issue tracking, punch, and turnover. The engineer will coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls, ensuring project documentation is current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover. The position requires tracking issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution, while supporting a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.
Requirements
- Experience with inspections, ITPs, punch, NCRs, test packages, turnover documentation, and field quality checks
- Able to document deficiencies clearly and follow issues through corrective action and closeout
- Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
- Able to work on site in the Wichita Falls, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
- Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades
