About The Position

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Quality Data Analyst for a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential. The position is located in Mountain View, California, and is remote. The analyst will review events with long recovery times, identify root causes with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors, summarize recurring issues, and support continuous improvement. The role focuses on auditing processes rather than calls and includes preparing weekly reports and emails for executive audiences.

Requirements

• Five years of experience reviewing events against a scorecard and communicating areas for improvement.
• Three years of experience using dashboards to identify events with long recovery times and analyzing the data to understand their causes.
• Three years of experience identifying drivers of long recovery times and systemic issues, recommending solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to implement them.
• Experience auditing a process rather than performing quality audits of calls.
• Ability to learn complex tooling.

• A supply chain background that supports identifying process inefficiencies.
• Experience with vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Identify events with long recovery times, review the data, and work with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to determine root causes.
• Summarize issues that recur across events and work with the team to implement fixes and drive continuous improvement.
• Work with vendors and cross-functional teams to understand failures in the end-to-end process.
• Support preparation of key weekly reports and emails for executive audiences.
• Audit processes rather than calls and identify process inefficiencies.
