About The Position
The Stroke Program Coordinator plans, directs, implements, coordinates, and evaluates the effectiveness of the facility’s stroke program. The coordinator applies strong clinical knowledge of stroke care and program protocols to integrate facility services for stroke patients and maximize positive health outcomes. The role is responsible for quality in education, care, patient management, and performance improvement activities for the program.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Five years of registered nurse experience.
- At least one year of experience in a neuro setting.
- Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
- AHA BLS Certification.
- AHA ACLS Certification.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing.
